What you receive

Software

Websites, online stores, web and mobile apps, API integration, maintenance and hosting.

• The finished website or app, live on your domain or published as agreed in your proposal.
• The code, the domain and the content are yours, and are handed over to you.
• Admin logins and access credentials, handed over securely to the person you name.
• API integrations are delivered working inside your product, with documentation.
• Maintenance and hosting run for the period and plan written in your proposal.

Cyber Security

Authorised security audits (VAPT) and security solutions.

• A security audit (vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, VAPT) starts only after you give written consent and we agree the systems in scope. We test only systems you own or are authorised to have tested.
• You receive a written audit report of the findings and the recommended fixes, shared securely with the people you name.
• Security solutions (security-first architecture, secure API gateways, hardening) are delivered on your systems as set out in your proposal.

AI Automation

AI and automation solutions.

• The working AI or automation solution, deployed on your systems or cloud account as agreed.
• It is checked against your real data before handover.
• Access, configuration and handover notes, so your team can use it from day one.

Services delivered online, no physical shipping

We hand over the live site or app, code, credentials, documents and reports online, by secure means such as email, shared code repositories or secure file links. Our services involve no physical product, so there is no shipping and no shipping charge.

Support after launch

We stay with you after launch, with ongoing updates, fixes and growth support. What support is included, and for how long, is written in your proposal.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refunds are covered in your written proposal and agreement.
