You agree to use the Site only to learn about our work and to contact us, and you agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, probe or test the security of the Site or its systems;
• scrape, harvest, copy or republish its content or code at scale or by automated means; or
• misuse the enquiry form (for example, spam, or submitting another person’s data without authority).

3. Our services and enquiries

The Site describes our services — cybersecurity, AI & automation, API integration, and web & software development. The information here is for general guidance and is not an offer or a binding quotation. Any work we undertake for you is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement and quotation that we issue and you accept. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or a client relationship by itself.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, layout, code, the CAREALL name and logo, and the QSAS product and brand — is owned by or licensed to Careall and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

5. Your submissions

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit through the Site is accurate and that you have the right to share it. By submitting an enquiry, you authorise us to use that information to respond to and process your request, in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and including a link does not imply endorsement.

You agree to indemnify and hold Careall harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under your local law, you agree that the competent courts at Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India — the location of our registered office — shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the Site or these Terms.

12. Changes & severability

We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version is always the one on this page, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
